"The property was well located , short walk to great beach, 5th Ave and great restaurants. Roof top pool has great views and great for a refreshing dip . Everything is well maintained. Hosts were great . Only small issue for us was , the deck looks into the building next door and not much air flow into the condo . The roof pool was well equipped with tables and chairs so just enjoyed our morning coffee up there . Would highly recommend for either a short stay or long . "

"The house and location were wonderful-the only surprise was the lack of basics for cooking. No salt, pepper, sugar or cooling oil. Beautiful views from deck and patio and quick easy access to the beach. Found some wonderful food in town and all of us loved our time there. "

"The house was pretty and spacious. Overall, it could have used minor upkeep through the property. The exterior cushions had no padding anymore and the table outside was almost collapsed. Most concerning was the rope on the stairway was dislodged from the first tread, and where the second floating tred attached to the wall it was actually loose and swayed when you stepped on it. "Excellent location near the beach, great breeze and lovely size apartment. Some maintenance required but concierge was very helpful and responsive. Bar across road did play load music until late on the weekend but ok during the week."

"I booked this place for my bachelorette trip for our group of 14 and it was absolutely amazing!!! The listing doesn’t mention this but there’s someone guarding the community (at least during the day) which was a nice surprise! We had asked Mari if there were any disposable cups and she said no but went out and got them for us, she also did a few pieces of laundry for us for a small fee. It was great to have her and Jose near the property. She doesn’t speak English but we had a Spanish speaker...

The beach in front of the house is not swimmable, but you can walk along the beach north just a few hundred yards and find a wonderful swimmable beach on Soliman Bay. "Great location, literally steps from the beach accross the street. Playa Uvas is a 2 minute walk. Less crowded part of the West Coast, yet a run into town for supplies is an easy10 minute drive on one road. Comfy house, helpful and communicative owner/hosts. "Had a wonderful stay at casa Blanca. House was clean, plenty of space with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Location to beach is phenomenal- it’s not directly on beach but a 30 yard walk to the beach. "Laure was great to answer questions and anything we needed, beautiful property steps from pool. Secure quiet community and would stay again."

"We had multiple issues from day one with the profusely leaking, a shower that dripped loudly 24/7, one unusable shower and then storm shutters banging against the windows for several nights. Vacasa manages this unit and didn’t really try to get anyone there to help for 4 days and they didn’t show up when they said they would. On day 5 we told them to forget it. All guests left early."

"The location and property were excellent. The only complaint I have is that the condo description did not clearly explain that the 3rd bedroom did not have any closet or storage, and that both bathrooms are within the other two bedrooms, therefore there was no "common" bathroom for the person staying in the 3rd bedroom. It was a surprise to learn this, but we made it work fine. Everything else about the property is excellent!"

"Communication was poor before arrival. Comments said front desk closed at 6:00 pm and I was arriving close to midnight. I sent several messages to them before I got a clear answer that there was a front desk clerk 24 hours a day. Also, I had booked a room with picture of a fridge, but they told me in comments no rooms had fridges. I had one after all. Comments did not explain to you that there is an elevator too."

"Great hotel with very friendly staff and clean large rooms. Street parking wasn’t as difficult as I thought / though you can only pay 6 hours at a time. The pool is small - but the common area is lush and nice. "

"Barcelo maya was everything we wanted. The beach was absolutely beautiful. But the main reason i chose this resort was for the snorkling right off the beach. It did not dissapoint. It was absolutely beautiful with coral and fish and sea turtles all in their natural environment. My son and i would definitely come here again."

TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"My husband and I recently went to TRS Yucatan and had a great time! The grounds are beautiful and massive! We liked how we had access to all 4 resorts, each with their own charm. The pools were clean and great, and the drinks were great. The food was among some of the best we've had at all inclusive in the past. Overall, great experience. My one critique would be dinner reservations and the butler services. It was extremely difficult to find dinner reservations (granted, we were a large group but we found similar issues when the group went down to 6 and then 4), We would try to make reservations with our butler and were told they were unable to make them. Then we would go to concierge in the lobby and they were able to make them. There is a lack of communication between the butlers and the reservation system they use is primitive. That being said, We HIGHLY recommend this resort and are planning on coming back!"
