Food was amazing! Rooftop theme nights were the best. Restaurant wait times for food could be improved. Sand by the pools was cool but sometimes you just wanted to get away from it, had to go to rooftop pool to get away from it. Swim out rooms with 24-7 room service was great. All the staff were very friendly and eager to help you enjoy your vacation. Overall was a great experience and would return.

All the buildings are connected which is nice, the restaurants offered great food and the shuttle to the beach was a fun experience! If you are a pool person and want quiet and relaxing with incredibly attentive and friendly staff. This is your place! Easily the best resort we have ever been to. The pop up bbq’s they had were amazing! They look like they are putting on a wedding, but it is something you definitely don’t want to miss! Jorge at Edgewater never stops going! Rueben, Alfonso and Hector at Market Place provided great service! Gustavo at Bluewater and Alberto and Antonio at Rendezvous always provided the best friendliest service!

I have stayed at many of these beachfront resorts. When booking this I didn’t realize it was not on the beach and you have to take a 20 minute shuttle to get to their beach club. I like to walk the beach early in the money and evening. Not possible here. Also you can’t set back and feel the ocean breeze and lisiten to the waves from your room. Next time I will book at their sister resort that is on the ocean.

I loved the service and its people Santos and carolina at the main restaurant eduardo at the beach restaurant johnny with the activities and our beack server cristian ...all of them made our stay unforgettable
