"The experience was overall great with a few caveats. I don’t believe that this is a 5 star resort based on a few customer service details that were simply lacking. As soon as we arrived at the resort after a very early and long flight the receptionist was very aggressively trying to persuade us to upgrade our stay by hundreds of dollars in order to access the adult TRS beach. We were flat out told we wouldn’t have access to the TRS adults only beach area and would have to use the family side. We...

Lots of gluten free food, very clean, and the staff is always eager to help. We were able to find a Bali bed every day. I never thought I’d go to the same place twice but we are already planning to come a third time. "
