"This is our 3rd trip here. We love that you can cross over to the other princess resorts. We love the amount of pools. The party pool is so loud you can here it from every room and i wish the played different music every other day but itnis dance club all day every day. We only eat buffet at breakfast and lunch it is ok... i have been to worse and this one has variety and different food from day to day. So if you find something you love you may never find it again. "Bad costumer care"

"The hotel was excellent and the only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because of an issue with the TV. The local stations are all in spanish which I would assume. However, the TV's are old so you have no options to remotely connect to netflix or any.other options. Both the butlers we had were great and tried to fix it with no luck. The restaurants require reservations so the first night since we didnt have reservations we did room service. The food was ok, but would not and did not...

"The property is cleaned and well organized. The services and staff are very friendly. We will definitely come back to visit this property. Few cons: The location is very up north of Cancun and in the middle of no where. It’s great if you just looking for a place to relax and stay in the resort. There could be some improvements with the foods. They need to add more flavors and show some love to the foods. We tried 5 restaurants and I think most decent one was tentaziones. "An excellent, high-end all-inclusive resort with amazing service and amenities. The many restaurants on site cater to all tastes. The food was very good and the only aspect about the resort that wasn't 5-star for us. We upgraded to Preferred Club and the experience was top notch. "
