"Good for the price. The rooms are showing significant wear and damage. There are no electrical outlets. And you get hasseled a lot to join a hotel club. But the beach is amazing and the ocean view room is well worth it. "

"Hotel is very nice, rooms are beautiful. Food is very limited, and some of the restaurants skew toward avant garde. Def review the menus before deciding. Staff was friendly and attentive with a few missed service opportunities. I tend to hold Conrad and Waldorf to a higher standard being top tier Hilton properties. Overall nice resort and very social media “worthy” but service is good but not excellent. "

"I loved having access to the bikes to explore the nature trails with. It was fun to go get drinks at other hotels in the evening too. I enjoyed eating at Sotavento and Tinta del pulpa beer the beach. I highly recommend. Had such a relaxing time. Would ask that cleaners please lock the deck door after they clean. Raccoon came in my room while I was in the shower... I realized everyone the cleaner came they would open the deck door and then close it but not lock it. "

"We loved our stay!! They welcomed us with a beautiful cake to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was amazing (Virginia aka Vicki on the beach and Margarita at the restaurant were top notch). The all inclusive was definitely worth it and the food and drinks were amazing! We will be back! "

"I did like food and super gentle services. The waitress were very nice and very well organized. The chef cook made efforts to satisfied the people who were there. The food was very good. "The beach was beautiful. All of the staff were friendly especially Quetzabel, the hostess at Palapa and Aurelio, our favorite bartender. The property and rooms were clean though the rooms were lacking some amenities.The food was hit or miss like most resorts. Only two bars were open late. All in all a good value. We would return."

"Walking from the lobby through to the pool/beach area is like walking through a tropical jungle paradise, complete with a cenote. It is by far the most beautiful hotel grounds I have ever walked through. "

"Had an excellent time. Staff was friendly, buffet food was good, reservation dinners were nothing to brag about. For an affordable stay at a smaller, decently quieter resort, I would recommend this place for future stays."

"This was my first all inclusive resort. It's good for families with kids (4yrs ). The food options are good and there are different cuisines for variety. The ocean view was surreal. The fun activities and unlimited drinks just kept the party go on all day & night. Loved it."

"What an amazing trip. All the staff at this resort were so nice. It's a smaller resort but pretty central to everything and it's central for the boats and ferry to go to other islands and stuff so it was very convenient. The food was great from the buffet, to the snack bar, to the 3 restaurants. It is safe with security all over the resort and the area is safe off the resort. We walked right outside the resort all the time and they have electric scooters right off the resort too. Highly recommend this resort! 9.5/10 :)"
