"We had a great vacation at El Dorado Royale. All of the restaurants served excellent food, and had wonderful staff. I would recommend the Rincon for breakfast!! Our room was clean and fully functional, with the exception of hot water....always had cold showers. The beach is pretty rocky, and not easily swimmable. The shuttle service around the resort is not always reliable (Mexican time!) so plan your time if you need to maintain a schedule, otherwise be patient or walk. The app reserved all...

"All the staff was great, very attentive and respectful, and always greeted with a smile. Dealing with no hot water for the first half of our trip was frustrating especially coming from the airport and wanting to have a nice warm bath. We traveled with a one year old and she also had to shower with very cold water which she cried about. Other than that, everything else was great. "

"This property is suitable for school groups or those on a tight budget. When we arrived they did not have our reservation but there was room so no problem. The room itself is sparsely decorated but clean. The bed was so hard we thought we were sleeping on the box spring call Brideau, it was just just very old. No hot water. It got very cold at night and my wife and I huddled together under the single blanket and sheet and then if we weren’t miserable enough to the dogs started barking at 4am...
