"Mexican service seems turning to Cuban. Nothing will be done before your tips. The worst part is check in - check out. You can wait hours in the line just to ask for a couple of questions regarding the property. "

"It was a wonderful experience. As Expedia VIP members we got a room upgrade and a personal concierge which was a huge help especially with dinner reservations. Ours was Viktor and l want to recognize him for his professional, prompt response every time we needed something. The New Year’s Party is one of the best l ever seen, we had so much fun!👏👏 The pools are clean and the beach is maintained daily to make sure there is not a lot of seaweed around. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help out. Thank you for a great time!"
