"The property is absolutley beautiful and the place was very clean. The road is unpaved and pretty rough, but short drive from the main road. "We enjoyed our stay at Kiki Tulum very much. The property was very clean and we all felt very safe. We were in apt 8, so the pool was right outside our door. This was great for us and surprisingly we weren't bothered by when there were families/children playing in the pool. The hot water tank was small, so we had to stagger our showers a bit. "We had a great stay at Nautibeach #5! It was a short walk from the ferry and the unit was steps from the pool and beach. It was very clean, properly furnished and the beds were super comfortable. The filtered water was a nice surprise. We couldnt have asked for a better spot on Playa Norte. The only drawback was the music from a neighboring bar went well into the night on Saturday, but all in all we would stay here again in a heartbeat."
