"We were there for 5 days. Since our arrival their yard stole my heart. It is beautiful, like an oasis, quiet and a good place to relax since they have 2 pools on the property. The room was a bit odd to me since the bathroom didn't have a door so it was like an open space, but overall i liked it and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of it and also the towel folding that the housekeeping does. "It was a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone had a smile and was super friendly. The food was great. I was never able to get a reservation for the italian restaurant as it was super booked. But all the other restaurants were tasty. My only complaint was the housekeeping directly related to my room. The first night i had no remote. Also the complimentary bottle of water was opened/used. On subsequent nights i received no replacement washclothes, and they would leave various items...
