Marcos was very friendly and sweet, so was Rocky. They made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our food whenever we went to the restaurants. The resort was so clean, and smelled amazing. The beach was super clean & barely any seaweed!

Amazing hotel especially if you have younger kids (maybe 8 and under). Small hotel. Amazing beach. Great staff. Not crowded. Good food. Hands down the best all inclusive resort I've been to. I have never gone back to the same resort twice but I absolutely will be returning to this resort.

This property is extremely family friendly and clean. The beach is beautiful and swimmable, which is not the case at some Cancun resorts. We were very pleased with the quality of the service and the food was fantastic at every restaurant. We would definitely recommend and will return in the future.
