"This was a great experience. I stayed in a single bed and it was very comfortabe. There is a cenote on site we did not know about until we were leaving and wish we knew sooner is the only thing that could have been improved on. Probably because we arrived in the evening and we booked the tour for the next morning which goes to the cenote is the reason we did not know there was a cenote. "This is my second stay at the Allegro Hotel in Cozumel. There are numerous things I could say about the hotel. However, what truly makes this a great place to stay is the staff! From check in to check out and every day in between, the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I did have one server during a dinner that the young lady seemed rude. But I chalk this up to everyone has a bad day every now and again. I have been to Cozumel numerous times and stayed at a few different places....
