"We had an incredible stay for our anniversary celebration. We were able to enjoy all of the amenities of the hotel and had the experience of a lifetime. The second we walked in we were treated with deep respect and thoughtfulness. The restaurants were amazing, each morning we woke up to an amazing view with hand pressed tortillas, traditional dishes and familiar favorites. "We've stayed at Cozumel Hotel and Resort multiple times and it just keeps getting better every time. The rooms really need updated though, take out those horrible tubs before someone gets hurt. Walk in shower would be way better. I like the added bar by the ocean and beach service. I like how they utilize the ocean view restaurant more as well. The only thing missing is a good coffee/late stand. The coffee pot, sugar and creamer packets are okay, but a fresh made cup of coffee would be great....

"The staff hospitality is wonderful!!!! The rooms were nice and very clean. We had a hot water issue that they tried to fix. The resort reopened the day we arrived and there were still buildings being renovated so it was a bit noisy. The grounds are unbelievably beautiful but the beach area is still being rebuilt. Food was okay, drinks were great! Again, the staff is beyond wonderful!"

"My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was not the nicest all inclusive we’ve stayed at but the staff were incredible - special shout out to Diego, Arbey, & Irving!! The biggest issue we had was maintenance problems. From the beginning of the trip our toilet would constantly run, one sink leaked, and the bathtub only had one working faucet. We did submit multiple maintenance requests and told multiple people but none of the issues were ever fixed. One evening maintenance came by around...

"Overall great vacation and resort. The rooms are a good size and the resort is easy to navigate and doesn't take more than 5 minutes to access any part of the resort. All restaurants/bars are pretty central. Beach was beautiful, sandy bottom for about 50 feet from shore and able to walk along the beach for long distances. Restaurant and buffet food options were great, good variety and tasty. French restaurant was our favourite. Only negative would be the evening shows which were a little...
