"Our family (grandparents and our 20 month old) came last month and we had a great time! Customer service was great from the start. Check-In was easy and quick with a welcoming drink. Rooms were clean, just the outlets for usb wasn’t all working. House keeping was great the whole time and drinks were kept full each day, we asked for extra water. The restaurants were all pretty good with excellent service. Servers were all friendly and kept drinks full and plates clear. The buffet was probably one of the best I’ve see and had. So many varieties of food. They have theme nights which was great! Mexican night was our favourite of course. Diego at the Sport Bar was awesome! recommended some tequilas to bring home. Pools area had seatings at all times, the beach had more seatings and the water was clear with very little seaweed. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. Just not a lot of things to do if you have kids. "
