"They had originally given us an ocean view on the 1st floor, but we didn't like it, it wasn't like the photo it showed when we selected the room, we asked for a change and they very kindly accommodated us on another ocean view with a king size bed, much better like the one we chose when booking. Very good clean rooms. Delicious food. Marcopolo's breakfast buffet needs more variety. The a la carte restaurants have very good dishes. For 3 ppl or less is better the airport transportation with the hotel, the rate is better than the taxi outside. The shops inside for jewelry and other items are terribly expensive. Overall it was a pleasant stay, we will definitely return."

"I love that it was close to Xcaret and we were able to get tours. The staff were very friendly and personable. Bellitna at the Oriental restaurant made sure we got our food in time so we won't be late for the show at Xcaret. Most of all the staff modified our stay given that we didn't get there until 2 days after our reservation because of flight cancelations."

There were so many fantastic options for kids, which made mealtime stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family. The buffet, à la carte restaurants, and snack bars were all top-notch. The staff was truly the highlight of our experience. They were warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and exceptional service. The resort itself was stunning, with clean and spacious rooms, beautiful pools, and a pristine beach. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, from fun water sports to relaxing spa treatments. The kids’ club was a lifesaver—it was well-organized and filled with engaging activities that our little ones adored. I also loved how family-oriented the resort is, offering something special for every age group.
