"The residences are located right next to the Hotel Indigo and the marina, there are restaurants and shops around there and all the ammenities of the Hotel are accesible for the residences. You need to ask for transport as the Residences are on top of a Hill. They respond inmediatly and provide the service right away. The views from the Residences are outstanding!! quiet and nice pool. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to town and especially the marina. "This is an older house that was renovated about 15 years ago. It’s quite charming and comfortable with plenty of room for up to 6. Best features: good location within 15 minutes of centro but not right in the middle of it; a lovely garden and picnic area; a very usable kitchen with a good stove; a separate study where you can work privately; regular cleaning services which is nice when you have a larger group; and excellent communication with and guidance for visitors from the owner and house...
