"The hotel is beautiful. We paid for Club level which includes breakfast. The breakfast area is key access only and if you’re black they come by to be sure by asking your room number. White guests were not accosted in this manner. We sat down to eat and my friend got sick so we gathered our plates (1 plate each) to head back to our room. We were told we could order room service. The breakfast staff were awful. I will never pay for Club again. "

"Location is the best perk of this hotel. It’s quite expensive, I was asked to pay almost $300 dollars more when I checked in because my son was older than 13, even though he’s a minor and still eats like a toddler. Other than that, staff are amazing and friendly. I recommend to join their rewards program. This was my 2nd time and they gave me a complimentary tequila plus i free daybed rental! It was awesome!"

"This is a great property. The staff and the amenities are wonderful. There are two things that hurt this property. 1. The dining is good, not great. More importantly, the prices for the food are completely unreasonable. It is just ridiculous how expensive it is to get even the smallest snack. 2. The fact that the hotel only allows taxis to pick people up from the hotel is also unreasonable. The taxis charge about $50 to take you from the hotel to the city. The charge from the city to the...
