My top complaint, the staff is so pushy about trying to get you to sign up for their membership program.I tried to skip the meeting and the gentlemen who signed us up came to look for us on the beach to reschedule the meeting!! That is after they called our room at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday! He also contacted my cell phone, it was borderline harassment which I didn’t appreciate. We kindly tried to decline the meeting, didn’t want to take any of the perks they offered but reluctantly we rescheduled for Sunday at 8 AM. We met the rep and I immediately told him I wasn’t purchasing anything so if we can get it over with as quickly as possible that would be great. It was a lot of information to take in which wasn’t so clear, it also costs a lot of money definitely out of my league. After telling our main guy no I wasn’t interested, he brought in a back up to try and change our minds; then after him came someone else! Once I told them I wasn’t giving a a $1, repeatedly, they let us go. It was awkward and uncomfortable. Then we were instructed to take our forms and go claim our gift which was a day bed on the beach, these beds are placed furthest from the water. We finally just were glad to leave and escape them we didn’t even claim the “gift.” Then when you check out another man tries to sell you something similar. Had to forcefully repeatedly tell the man no, again. This location is also very small, would never go back. Didn’t experience this in HR Punta Cana.
