The general staff (waitstaff, butlers, etc.) are very kind, however, the managers/heads of depts are there to only say no and not find solutions. They will lie to you and tell you that the way they act is similar to "all resorts globally" which is untrue. I wouldn't recommend this resort to my worst enemy.

The property is beautiful. Restaurants are very good. The beach is excellent. But what we liked the most was the customer sevice of the staff. From the buttler Rubi to the cleaning staff, servers and all staff go beyond their responsabilities to measure you are enjoying your stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing Anniversary and Christmas Stay! We stayed at this beautiful hotel in Cancun for 5 nights to celebrate our anniversary and Christmas, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. Our room was beautifully decorated for our anniversary, which made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. A special thanks to Paco and Kathia, our incredible butlers, who made everything seamless and ensured we had the best experience. They truly made our stay extra special with their attentiveness and care. We loved dining at Kabuki Restaurant, where the flavors and presentation were outstanding. Loco Mexican Restaurant was another highlight, offering authentic dishes that we couldn’t get enough of. The private plunge pool in our room was the perfect touch—it added so much relaxation and luxury to our trip. We can’t thank the staff enough for making our Christmas and anniversary celebration so memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I loved this place! My wife and I stayed for 4 days of our 9 day vacation and we regret not being at the Majestic the entire time. They upgraded us to "the club" ( adults only) when we got that and it was amazing! Beach was awesome, buffets and dining options were amazing. The adults only pool was a blast! The shows were really fun as well. I'm sure we didn't use the butler to the full extent. Definitely would stay here again!

The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. Many of them took the time to remember our names and went out of their way to check on us. The Blossom Spa was amazing. The beach was beautiful and clean. The sand was so soft and free of debris. There were several dining options and even though some of the food didn’t taste that great, the variety of options made up for it.

The service here is top notch from check in, groundskeeping, cleaning service, restaurant service, bar service, etc. All employees we encountered were pleasant, helpful, smiling. The a la carte restaurants had lots of tasty options. Buffets were average for all inclusive. Our favorite places were Kabuki teppanyaki (Alvaro was a fun chef), Mar House dinner(great service forgot servers name but was awesome), Don Juame steakhouse (Melina was amazing), and Il Botaccio for all meals (Notable great service including Marisol, Fidel, Albert, Yashet). Other place we got great service was both upper and lower Lobby Bars (Geovani, Carlos, Claudio). Pool and beach bars had good service, you just had to be a bit patient as we were there over the busy Christmas holiday, but service was still really good and friendly (Jonathan, Luiso, Cauch). Our butlers Paco and Katia provided daily communication and made sure our stay was amazing. They checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. There are so many other employees I am not able to name that made our stay the best. This is our second stay at a Majestic resort and we highly recommend it. I’d give this location a 10 out of 10.

This resort is amazing. We had our wedding here last week and everything came out spectacular. Areas in which they need to improve: food options, the restaurants weren’t so tasty and the buffet options seemed to be the same every day. The resort needs more night life and better entertainment throughout the day. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as promoted, but it is one of the nicest looking hotels I’ve been to in Mexico. The decor is beautiful and the beach is very clean.
