The property exceeded my expectations. The entertainment coordinators (Himen) and our butler (Aaron) were perfect. All the staff were kind, smiled, and accommodating. The sap was absolutely beautiful. The pictures of the rooms and property do not do this space justice. Everything was breathtakingly beautiful. It made our honeymoon spectacular!! I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful property and very friendly staff. Amazing beach and loved their Spa treatment options specially the hydrotherapy. Few things they can do better-Food was okay, breakfast was good and live food prepared was also good, however, other options were limited. Most of the food in speciality restaurants was rotated in some form in buffet so if you are staying for longer you quickly run out of options. Also, I was super disappointed with the restaurant serving Mexican food in terms of menu and taste as i typically love Mexican food and high hopes from that one. Otherwise the resort is very nice.

A special shout-out to our butler, Aaron, who went above and beyond to ensure our trip was flawless. His attention to detail and genuine care made our vacation unforgettable! Our dining experience was outstanding. As visitors with dietary restrictions (vegan), we are so grateful for the chefs and restaurant staff who consistently checked in with us about any allergies or dietary needs. They accommodated our vegan diet perfectly, and the food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant. The property itself is stunning—immaculately maintained and truly luxurious. Our rooftop pool room was breathtaking, offering the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. We spent hours soaking in the views and enjoying the peacefulness of the private pool—it was absolutely worth every penny! The beach was absolutely pristine, with plenty of loungers and beds available, making it easy to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. Property was very well kept. Even a couple days as it rained, the staff was making sure to clean up the water right away. Very good experience, the cleanliness was super appreciated. In addition, the beach was so clean we couldn’t believe it. The water was crystal clear. Felt like such a private experience.
