"The resort was clean and beautiful. There was also a lot of fun games and entertainment (pool tables, volleyball, corn hole, jenga, and connect four (basketball). We also enjoyed the night club. Never a dull moment. The food was good as well! We’d recommend checking out the Italian and hibachi (Asian) restaurants! The staff was very kind and friendly. Immediately upon arrival, they do try to sell you a timeshare. However, they only asked once and actually took “no” for an answer. So it wasn’t bad … overall, we would definitely return. "

"I am travel often due to my job and get to experience all kinds and levels of hotels. This stay we were a family of 3, two adults one 8 year old. The facilities are very clean, very well kept and the employees hospitality it’s the best. The place it’s perfect for family with kids or just adults. We saw kids and just couples walking around and no one seemed out of place. The food options are great within the restaurants of the facility. You can also either take a 5 min cab ride to Playa del Carmen 5th Ave ( it’s their primary shopping district) or just walk about 5 minutes to a shopping area within the resorts complex. Either way we felt very safe walking around within the resort area (out of the hotel) or downtown shopping around and trying local food. The pools are great and within a convenient steps distance to a very beautiful beach. Lastly there are a few open bars along the hotel, but one thing I noticed is that we didn’t see anyone drunk or out of place. So basically yes there is free alcohol all day long, but the majority of the guest are in a family environment and not trying to get wasted. Overall will stay there again and recommend to anyone "

"Absolutely enjoyed my 10 days at this resort. We booked privilege which was absolutely worth it! Our butler, Alberto, was amazing and is one of the reasons I would definitely return to this resort. All of the staff at the resort were incredible, from the bartenders to the waitstaff, to the housekeepers. Everything was amazing I honestly don’t have one complaint! Our butler went above and beyond to make our time special. We were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary, and he made little room details for us such as flowers on our bed and setting up our jacuzzi with bubbles and rose petals. The experience team was incredible! Always planning fun activities for everyone to participate in. I’ve been to several resorts and this is the first one that I felt really welcomed at and comfortable! They have different theme nights which were always so fun. The drinks were flowing nonstop and not watered down at all! I would definitely recommend booking privilege if you prefer more top shelf alcohol though. Also, if you book privilege you can order food on the beach, you have access to the privilege areas at the resort/beach, and you get free room service which we took advantage of several times. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and my favorite restaurants were the Mexican restaurant and the Japanese restaurant. The buffet for lunch and dinner was decent and always had lots of different options to choose from. The room was nice and spacious (we booked the honeymoon privilege suite). "

"The best part was being able to stay in the pool longer in the evening compared to other hotels. They allowed you to enjoy the pool until 10pm and even after that at your own risk. Other hotels make you get out at 8pm which is terrible when you are on vacation wanting to enjoy outside weather "
