"Overall good food. Excellent service. ALL staff has an eye for excellence in service. Beautiful beach and good drinks. Kids club was very fun for our 5 year old. Room was comfortable and clean but the bathroom is in need of a lil upgrade- the tiles are looking tired and gives an impression of not being too clean. My other complaint is the desserts throughout (from the coffee shop to the restaurants) are very, very bad. They should really change some dessert providers. There’s only two pools...

"This was our 12th visit to the property and it continues to amaze us. The food continues to improve and the theme night shows are light years better than any other resort. The beach white gold all night party was amazing. We stayed in our favorite room (1721) and laughed, danced and enjoyed a quick Thanksgiving break. Special thanks to our favorite bar tender who we found in the sports bar Israel, and Marco and Darys at the front desk. "

"The hotel is sprawling and difficult to navigate immediately post check-in. Construction work is currently being undertaken and the persistent noise of drilling is extremely annoying. When booking I was not made aware of this. Some of the onsite restaurants are not as good as others onsite. The staff are friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will probably return in the future. "

"The Elite package was worth every penny. The morning traffic was fairly noisy. Your also located close to a police station and hospital. You hear sirens daily. "

"We like rooms, no bathtub in the middle of the room. We do not appreciate the open concept in new hotels. Buffet is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so we did not have to go to a ristorante. "

"Absolutely magical place. We had our wedding at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun and hosted our family there for the weekend. The food was delicious, the beaches were clean, the water was incredibly blue. We got upgraded to the suite for our stay as the wedding couple, and the room was stunning. We'll be traveling back for our honeymoon in the next year and we cannot wait to go back."

"The hotel and the staff met all my family expectations, the buffet was good and all restaurants were on point. The room and pool areas were clean, the staff was always cleaning and providing red carpet treatment to all of us. Definitely we are coming back, Highly recommended!!
