"Love the value of a studio with a small balcony with ocean view to have a mocha made in the kitchenette.5 minute walk to all the restaurants. Nice beach chairs on the ocean. Not new but cosy."

"Really liked the modern rooms and casual dining options. Nice to spend time at lots of different pools and beach was nice too. Al la carte were a bit hard to book and didn’t fine the food too amazing at them but enjoyed the steaks and fish at most places. We really liked the food court for lunch and visiting the quiet Ha pool in the evening for its hot tub. We would come back! The staff were excellent and bathrooms always clean."

"Our family enjoyed our time at the resort. The room was spacious and we loved having our own private hot tub and pool. Everything was so clean! It is a nice quiet resort. The transportation to and from the resort is wonderful. A nice private SUV and the drivers are really friendly and nice. We did travel with our two teenagers and I would say the resort is more catered to little kids. They have activities but not really for my 17 year old son. I would definitely go back to this resort...

"Everything about Coral Princess Hotel and Dive Resort is excellent. Just to name a few, the entire staff couldn't be any better, the food is excellent, our room was wonderful, the pool area and the views were beautiful. We'll definitely be back to enjoy it all again."

"The owner Tom went above and beyond! We had a small situation at check in (we had changed our reservation last minute) but Tom was able to help correct it and we were incredibly happy and grateful! We even walked us around and showed us a couple places to eat and helped us rent a car. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected and very fresh. We look forward to returning soon 😁"

"This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of absolutely everything and the choices of dining and activities are limitless. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, my experience...

"We loved the beautiful property, views, and amenities. The staff was absolutely amazing, attentive and friendly. The entertainment team were so up beat and created such an amazing environment. Thanks to Yael, Fernanda, Jonathan, Gabriel, Justin and the rest. Shout out to the pool bartenders and staff as well, Gustavo, Eduardo, Guillermo, Alejandro, and Hilda for their fun drinks and attentive service! "

"Plenty to do on the property: yoga, water aerobics, cooking classes, lots of activities, wonderful dining options, excellent service. Took advantage of photo shoot for the beautiful scenery, the Mayan dinner was a big hit. Beach clean and beautiful white sand. Gabrielle in reception was amazing. Kendell is excellent ambassador, along with Carlos and Mayella who brought great yoga. Pilar is amazing hostess! Sergio took beautiful photos of us. We can’t wait to come back!"

Excellence Riviera Cancun - Adults Only All Inclusive

"Really liked the dining options and that once you learned how to navigate the dining system for dinner, you didn't have to be concerned with reservations. The food quality for an all-inclusive was actually good on average and I would say above average overall. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Pool drink service was non-stop! Beach area was beautiful and pool activities staff was happy and cheerful. Whoever designed the bathroom in the room was an idiot! The separate toilet room is literally 32" wide and only deep enough to sit on the toilet. When you get up from the seat, you have to make sure you won't hit your head on the bar from the door. It has a separate huge shower and a huge area for double sinks. Why they didn't take some of that area for the toilet room is beyond me. There are no bars in the toilet room so I can see that an elderly person may have difficulty getting up off the toilet! Stupid architect!! I have been going to Mexico all-inclusives for over 20 years and I would recommend this resort and would go back. "

"It is a great resort. The staff couldn't have been any more accommodating and kind. The food was incredible and the entertainment was epic. The only downside was that the beach was small and the whole waterfront was difficult to walk with all of the cabanas, boats and other resorts build so close to the water. However not the fault of the resort just human buildup"

Amazing resort, pushy timeshare people

"We had a wonderful time. Everything was amazing. Great food. Kind, caring and superb staff. Beautiful clean modern rooms (love the remodel from when we were there 8 years ago) Cant say enough good about the service, staff and food, as well as entertainment. Our only complaint would be that of Kathleen with the timeshare or as she says "membership". She is a liar and she is much too pushy. She does not know what NO means. We told her on day 1, No! we do not want anything to do with it but yet she continued to follow us around and harass us trying to get us to go sit through this timeshare presentation. She would hang near us at the entrance and ask where we were going while waiting for a taxi as well as ask when we would be back. I finally had to get stern with her and tell her it was none of her business. She bugged us about 4 different days of the 6 we were there. That is a total turn off. Get rid of the pushy timeshare people and we will most definitely be back. "
