"The landscaping is lovely and the grounds are very clean and well kept. The pools are great, it was nice that they raised the water temperature for the last couple of days. It was nice to have the paths to stroll in the evenings. We enjoyed our meals, mostly at the Papala del Sol. Cornelio provided exceptional service, as did Luis. And Emiliano was always so cheerful. "We had a good stay at Yucatan playa del Carmen. Hotel is a good value for the price. However for those looking for a true all-inclusive vacation I would pay up for a different hotel. Drinks were bottom shelf. Only one restaurant open at a time. Hotel seemed to be understaffed ie taking your drink order then seeing them run room service orders before returning.. food was good. Rooms good size and we hadn't made service daily"
