"This is out third time staying at Viva Wyndham Maya. The beach area is excellent! There are plenty of loungers in the shade and they are on top of taking the sargassum. The pool is nice but we usually spend all of our time at the beach The staff at this hotels are very friendly. The animation team is a lot of fun and there are lots of activities planned throughout the day. We haven't had much luck with getting a reservation at the a la cart restaurants because we have only been here for 3-night trips. The buffet has a variety of tasty food and the snack bar always has hamburgers and other items available. I really like the size of this resort. It isn't too big and you can easily walk everywhere. I would definitely stay here again. "

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. It’s also close to downtown which is nice if you want to escape the quiet and go and experience the Fifth Ave life. "The resort is not too overwhelming which I liked. All the staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and is in a very convenient spot if you want to walk into town. I would definitely recommend to others and would love to stay again!
