The hotel was beautiful! very clean and there was lots to do thanks to the entertainment team. the pool and the beach were both very nice. The food was pretty good, they have lots of options, we had one disappointing restaurant out of the 7 they had open.

The food was actually good for a resort !! Lovely staff, room was clean beautiful property!! They are still working on the other half of the property and not all the restaurants were open all of the time but I really had a great time!

Resort was great! Probably one of the best I’ve experienced as far as food quality. Staff was always attentive and very cordial. Was a very relaxing resort, i just wished they have more entertainment during the day and night, maybe with the second part of the hotel getting close to being done they will add that. Overall great experience!

The beachfront property was very nice, but very understaffed. They need more seating at the beach because we showed up after breakfast and took the 10 mins drive down and there was no chairs to sit down and relax. The breakfast buffet needs way more staff and common breakfast items... ie salt,pepper, ketchup, hot sauce. The normal items you would expect. There wasnt much activities to do after dinner and felt kinda boring. The Rooftop pool was very nice but also didnt know it was only for V.I.P members only.(They also ran out of clean towels when we asked for some) The Room was good. The cleaning staff did an amazing job! The bartenders were very good and fast at making drinks. They are also construction during the day when your trying to relax and have a good time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We just came back from our 12 day stay at Vivid, all I can say I was impressed with the service, don’t want to make this long, but big shout out to Victor, Jesus and Carlos working on rooftop Amazing 5start service. The resort is clean and new, food is amazing, beach club is 5stars and infinity pool was the best! Very pleased, definitely will be back.
