Friendly staff, and very attentive. We enjoyed the property and all its amenities. The beach is in a separate area, but a shuttle every 30 min provides access. You can book activities onsite, and pickup was a breeze. Would stay again.

Great spot, didn’t realize the water at beach club would be so rough.. food was better than hotels we usually go to in Cancun. Would advise to have drink menus at all the bars, as it was hard navigating the apps to find drinks around the resort. Loved that we were always able to find a spot to lay and lounge by the pool and beach club.. staff was great!!
