"This was our first international family vacation, so we have nothing to compare to, but we thought everything was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, food and drinks were good, room and resort overall was kept very clean. If I had any complaints it would be that at the time of our visit the water slide was under repair, the buffet retaurant could have used some updated dinning furniture (some of the chairs were a little questionable to sit on) and staff do not enforce saving...

"I highly recommend this resort ! it was our first vacation and we enjoyed all the food and the a la carte restaurants and the animals all around the resort is quite special. We also recommend the xcaret park it was worth it and we were lucky to see the panthers and jaguars!"
