"Normally I'm hard to please but this resort was very good. I always judge the cleanliness of these equitorial resorts by the balcony. It's my first stop when I get to the room. "We honestly had a good time but the struggle was REAL with 3 kids. They have BUFFET for EVERY MEAL except dinner and reservations are hard to get and mind you we had a butler! One time they almost refused us because they said we didn’t have one although we did. Service at the restaurant was 50/50 I think staff is low and therefore service ultra slow.
