"I would highly recommend this property should anyone require a location that is close to the airport or highway, or Tren Maya. As noted it is not central to downtown or heavy tourist zones. The hotel itself is excellent. The check in and out was fast and seemless. There is a $3 tax - nothing to get upset about, folks. The room was not large but extremely comfortable with all required amenities. The bed was excellent and despite being a medium sized hotel with lots of guests was very quiet all night. I would not hesitate to stay here again and/or advise people to stay when needing a night or two in Cancun. Thanks to the excellent staff in the dining room as well - they were completely slammed with a delayed flight but somehow took care of everyone perfectly and with kindness. "

"Charley, Fernando and Cesar were absolutely incredible!! They were so friendly and made sure we were taken care of! Cesar made the best pizzas and was very quick! Fernando got to know us personally by name and knew our drink order! Charley is next level amazing!! He would have our drinks in hand and checked in on us often! And ALWAYS with a smile on his face! I cannot say enough good things about those three staff members!! Thank you for the amazing stay!! "
