"This resort was new and smelled fresh. Had a wonderful time with family. Exchange privileges with the other two resorts were wonderful. Many options to eat and nice shows in the evening. Only negative: beach-not so good."

"The rooms were clean. The food was the best food we had at any all inclusive ever. Especially the evening offerings. The only improvement we would like to see is maybe a little more music on the property. A little more energy on the beach etc. Easy fix. Just install a few extra speakers and you are good to go :). "Ocean Coral is our favorite vacation spot. We've been over 20 times and more than 5 times with our 10-year-old son, who also loves it. The staff goes above and beyond, especially the Privilege staff and butlers. We'll continue going to this property without a doubt!"

"Dreams Sapphire was soooo amazing! It was a very safe and laid back property. Great option for families or couples. We did the preferred option which I highly highly reccomend. You get access to the adult only pool with complimentary Bali beds if you book a day ahead. I can not say enough good things about the staff! The adult pool had Jose and Resendas and they were AMAZING!!! Jose was so attentive and made us feel so well taken care of. Resendas made the most amazing drinks and would surprise us everyday with fun new drinks. They were tasteful and not like drinking gasoline. The pool was clean and quiet. They do a good job at looking after the area. The restaraunts were amazing. Our favourite was Portofino with amazing Italian options. Daniel was our waiter a couple nights and he took amazing care of us. I would go there just for him! The blue water grill (preferred) was so good and right on the ocean. Definitely wear your hair up when eating there as the ocean breeze will catch up to you! The service at all the dining options was not the quickest, be prepared to wait. The waiters were still amazing and friendly I feel they just lack staff and it adds long wait times. The entertainment was great. Lots of things to do at all hours of the day. Kid friendly options that adults are more than welcome to join in! Great evening opportunities! We loved dancing with the team every night. "This property location is perfect if you want close access to a beach without being in the centre of the town, which is easily accessed by foot, bicycle or taxi. Having use of the bicycles was great for us, we used them daily. The kitchen is adequately equipped and there was an iron and ironing board, which was a bonus as this wasn’t expected. The bed is a queen, note that if you’re tall, my husband is 6’5” the bed is shorter than this and he found it uncomfortable to sleep as we have a much larger bed. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and good water pressure. The roof top deck is a great spot for chilling out on and a good place to socialize with other travellers. Although we didn’t venture into the garden the pool area is very well kept. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Lloyd the owner was super attentive when I directed the taxi driver to the wrong property. Both he, and Varo the property manager were kind, and patience and informative. It is a family property so please support it over the mega complexes popping up in the area. Super laid back and comfortable. Easy walk down beach to the city of Puerto Morales "
