"This is a family oriented resort so it is great for families. If you’re a couple that like to be out the way it is great for you too. The only thing that frightened me was the 3mi road getting to the property. Potholes are huge so if you’re not used to driving on roads like that, don’t drive. There is nothing walking distance so you’ll have to uber/taxi to wherever you like. I have to give the hugest shout out to the bellman Diego. From arrival to departure and everything in between, he is the epitome of guest service excellence. He took some REALLY GREAT photos of my fiancé and I that we are getting framed. Everett in dining hall in the lobby was great too ! He poured us drinks until the drinks started drinking us. Oscar helped me to set up excursions and my ride back to the airport. My room was cleaned well by housekeeping but they did not replace wash cloths and towels and we had to wait 30 min to receive them. besides the housekeeping mishap, my stay was awesome and i thank you all for a great birthday "

"This is a newer property that has excellent restaurants, pools, and staff. The rooms are very roomy and clean. All staff treat you very special and honestly enhanced our experience in Cancun. "

Abraham was amazing at Ventus Ha ruf bar he made our experience amazing he even remembered us from 2 years ago Also our butlers Alberto and Brauluo were amazing as always checking in to make sure you had everything possible. This resort has been a favourite of ours we will definitely be back soon"

"If you want to slow down, this is the place for you. It is a bit removed from the little town of Puerto Morelos, but they do have a daily bike tour that takes you into town and of course it's an easy cab ride. The property is lovely and we had the room with a private pool / hot tub that we loved. All the pools were well heated since it wasn't super hot in January. The staff was all so awesome and accommodating. The activities staff was so great and hard working. We took advantage of the bike tour, water aerobics and a craft project - all included. Kiki and Gracia are wonderful. They also had games and books, etc. There were other activities too but some just don't have enough people at times. I think only 4 showed up for the Pickleball tournament. We also really enjoyed paining pottery for a small added charge. The food is only OK but the little restaurants are nice and it was just so convenient. We didn't want to take any risks with getting sick so we just ate at the resort. We probably enjoyed Mexican night and Italian night the most. The beach is a bit rocky and not as swimmable as you'd like but if you walk down toward the other resorts, it gets calmer and it's technically a public beach so you can swim wherever you want. You just probably can't take chairs at other places. We also did a short presentation at the hotel and got a free trip to the Dolphin experience within walking distance. Our kids absolutely loved that. "
