"After reading several other reviews, we were semi-skeptical, but we can't seem to understand where all those reviews came from! From the beginning of our trip to the very end, everything was wonderful. We loved our room, the service, the pool, the food, the staff. The only issues we came across were that there weren't outlets by the bed, there wasn't an option for streaming services on the TV and there wasn't a great mirror situation for getting ready. All of those things were very easy to overcome and overlook considering the amazing other things you get at this property. We will definitely look into returning!"

"The entire experience was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the fact that there were plenty of lounge chair/palapa combos available on the beach. We loved the variety of food/restaurants. Although it is a large resort, we never felt that it was too crowded. Our room was beautiful...comfortable bed. We will definitely return."
