"All was perfect"

"Location right on the beach was great. Property gardens are well looked after. Good pool. Buffet style restaurant food was simple and well prepared. Breakfast omelettes were great! Facility has a homey Mexican feel. However the room we had needs a makeover in the bathroom. The shower had mould at the bottom of the fixed glass panel because the installation method not allowing water to drain. Also there is no exhaust fan. Why? Beds are firm and just ok but pillows are crap. Chipped foam pillows...

"We visited Sandos Finisterra with a group of nine. We appreciated that the resort immediately recognized our Expedia Gold Status and upgraded our room. Check in was quick and friendly. Overall we found all the staff friendly. There were lots of pool and oceanfront chairs available when we were there. The food was pretty good most of the time but we were disappointed in the lack of variety/options, and in particular no dedicated Mexican restaurant. The group really loved the Cupcake Cafe...
