"Felt safe "

"Resort was nice. We went during spring break so pool area was packed. Towels were never an issue but chairs were hard to com by if you weren’t out there by 11. But again, this was due to spring break. Pool service was excellent all 7 days. The condo was very nice and kept clean by the staff. Check in was a little disappointing- was not told much about what restaurants were on the grounds or what was available to us. Resturant service was very slow and what I would consider below average. Food...

"Ocean view swim out was barely oceanview. There was quite a distance between us and the ocean. Dinner int he specialty restaurants was okay. There was an extraordinary amount of time between the appetizers and main course. Drinks took a while to arrive. This was both nights we ate in the restaurants. "

"Stayed here many times before new ownership. Love the updates the new ownership has done, don’t love the fact that it is becoming a timeshare or condo type situation. The workers worked very hard however, the resort was very understaffed. One area that has always needed improvement is in the food. I love the location, room was great, and the entertainment at the pool was great. And it’s Mexico, so what’s not to love!"

"The property is nothing flashy, but comfortable. we enjoyed the room with a balcony and ocean view. The property is a bit worn with only 1 swimming pool and no beach access. The breakfast has a decent selection, but my wife and I choose to go out a few nights due to the limited food options and subpar quality for lunch and dinner. "
