"The property is decorated with modern Mexican / Spanish art. The rooms are new and well maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Every morning they would make a freshly squeezed juice for us and they had it ready when we arrived to breakfast. Everyone in the staff has the go and beyond to please you and make your stay exceptional. The resort itself is beautiful and the beach has nice sand. We were a family of 5 and took the junior suite, the room itself was perfect and had a hammock on the balcony(fancy). We enjoyed our time so much that we wish we could go back soon. The pools, the food, the drinks everything is high end."

"The property was excellent, It had everything we wanted and needed. Everyone was very nice. The only negative was it seemed like at times in the restraunts the staff was shorthanded and there were staff that were untrained for that area."

"Staff was very friendly. My family and I were very happy with the resort. Little upset with check-in and checked out at the hotel. Only one person at the desk so it took forever to check in and check out. Also, we had an issue with the tropical depression storm in which I woke up at 4:30 in the morning with an inch of water in our room."
