"The beauty of this resort is as shown when booking. But being there amongst the greenery and aesthetically pleasing spaces is even better… Most of the staff was very approachable & helpful especially our concierge (Alonso). The dining facilities we found to be inadequate for such a huge resort and a 24 hours buffet would have made our stay more relaxed than having to rush for meals before closing. This will certainly prevent the long wait times and the hassle for servers as was experienced....
