I enjoyed my stay . The hotel and room were very clean . I have never been to a hotel and when My room was cleaned it actually smelled clean . I will definitely be staying here again if I visit Tulum in the near future .

The Kimpton Hotel is a true gem! My best friend and I stayed here for a birthday getaway, and it was fantastic. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelet. There were plenty of electric sockets available to charge our devices. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access shops, dining options, and tourist sites. We received excellent recommendations for beach clubs, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooftop bar offered the best sunset views it’s a must-see! We loved the complimentary bicycles that allowed us to explore the town without needing a car. Additionally, the hotel recommended a great transportation company that kept us safe and flexible with our travel plans around town (GoMaya.Mx). Everything about this hotel was what I needed. From the check in to the check out - only thing I wish was working was the pesos ATM, but the staff directed me to one 3 mins walk away. Great STAF!!!!!!!
