"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! "My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi.
