"8 night stay for 7 people with 3 rooms. Ibooked for the Colonial but we were moved to the Beach without notification. Room and dining were as we expected. 1 room had a toilet back up spilling black water onto the floor. We should have asked for a room change then but they cleaned it and laundered anything we needed.Then same room begun to have leak in the ceiling so they had to change rooms on our last night. Still would go back."

You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. "Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Just to list a few reasons: Most fans in bed-rooms not working (not ideal in warm Mexico) AC in a few rooms not working. No hot water in any bathrooms. Kitchen equipped for 4 people despite we had 10 on the reservation. Bedding for 6 people despite 10 on the reservation. Ceiling light not working in kitchen, living- and dining room. "My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi.
