"My daughter and I stayed at Alito Hotel for a whole week and we had a fabulous time, the hotel is not a luxury resort, but it is very comfortable, clean and the staff is so kind, and hard working, we stayed at the building but maybe the cabanas would have been more quiet as some of the other guests were noisy either very early in the morning or late at night. "This hotel is rustic but charming. Tulum is very expensive to stay and to dine. But the Maya hotel offers some of the most affordable dining options within the property. It’s not very close to the more busy area of Tulum and that’s what I wanted. However, taxis are a rip off, so if you don’t have your own transportation it is a bit far and the roads and side walks of awful. But the hotel is very cool. "

"Really loved the location of this resort. Our room was old, had a few "patches" on issues, but we didn’t mind. Really love the location and size of this resort. Being a family resort, I found the night entertainment to be too late. Myself and my teens would go to the sportsbar, shoot some pool and head to bed before the shows even started. Aside from the beach show. We were there for everything else. Not the shows. So not disappointed. Will definitely be back."

"Kan Tulum is an absolutely beautiful property. It felt like an oasis every time we arrived back at the property. The staff were all very kind and helpful with anything that we needed. I would highly suggest staying here if you are looking for relaxation and escape. My only suggestions would be to add a kettle with some coffee in the rooms as the coffee bar is quite expensive. And maybe a few snack options to the menu for those that just want a little something by the pool."

"The staff were great! Alan & Armando really did do all they could to resolve issues. I could tell they cared and that’s all that matters to me! It’s a beautiful setting. All these places on the coast get battered by wind, so the ocean front buildings look beaten up (but it’s understandable) The beach has more seaweed than they could handle removing - which was a bummer. But we would definitely stay there again at a different time of year."

"Siente was wonderful I had a great time I enjoyed the all inclusive the staff were incredibly kind and eager to serve although I drank quite a lot a felt nothing at all I ended up buying my own tequila bottle for 12$ at the store down the street. The food was okay very basic but filling. We rented bikes for 250 mxn and a 500mxn deposit. The ruins are down the street I wish I hadn’t rented bikes to go and just walked instead. "
