"Staff were excellent. Rooms were big. My only complaint was the lack of the activity schedule access, which we found in the fitness centre only, and the staff were not sticking to that schedule for the first few days until another traveller complained to management. The last half of the trip was very engaging. "

"Beautiful place to stay in very cleans lots to do in the hotel. The only problem we had was with the servers in the pm in the buffet they would completely ignore us and didn’t bother to ask how we were doing or bring us drinks and they would try to say that we couldn’t be in the buffet! The am staff in the morning was amazing we would always try to find Angel he was always friendly and we also love Jacinto in the bar area really fun and friendly! I would recommend the Royalton Hotel! "

"Stayed in one of the adult buildings, that over looked the family section of the beach so while the ocean view was wonderful, afternoons were noisey due to the activities and music on the beach. We spent time at the adult only pool which was very nice. Activities started around noon, some fun games and some wilder pool parties.
