"The best all inclusive experience. The restaurants and amazing the service is top notch. We had a room facing the garden and we had monkey visitors everyday! There are alebrijes around the property that can take your photo and send it to your room so you can buy them at the end of your trip. The property is so huge and has lots of small little beaches where you can rent paddleboards and kayaks! The resort is also connected to the parks with free shuttles every 20 min so you can hop on and off at Xcaret, Xplor and more! This is by far the best resort i have ever stayed at and will be coming back again! "

"This was my third time at this resort. It is clean, the food is good and everything is walkable. Every year we go we get a cab to take us to Paradise Beach club near Tulum so we can get a day out on a beautiful beach. The resort does not have a big long beach, but it does have good snorkeling included. The rooms were newly renovated, the shower was great and there was American television. We did the privilege package, it included an extra restaurant to go too, which was nice if we didn’t have a reservation at a specialty restaurant, Access to another bar which was less wait for a drink during the day, I believe the renovated room and a spa circuit."

"Grand Sirenis has the staff ever! in guest services Karen, Juan and Erik went over and beyond to help out on a couple issues we had. not to mention the manager Edgar P. He was a million places at once. He assisted with our restaurant reservations and helped my mom out when she slipped. This team is definitely a caring and thoughtful group. we also had phenomenal service from Merwin at the Butcher restaurant. very attentive. i will be coming back in march to visit all my favorite staff! Since my last stay 3 years ago, this resort has been completely renovated and updated. The food is top notch now and there are so many fine dining options. There is tons of comfortable seating everywhere. The lobby bar makes the best espresso martinis as well. There is also a lunch at the beach daily, they cook ribeye steaks, chicken, chorizo and much more. it’s so fresh and seasoned to perfection. i could go on and on but we will be back. "
