"We loved our stay! The staff was a helpful and friendly. The food for an all inclusive resort was surprisingly delicious. They always had events and activities going on so we barely had to leave the resort. It’s right next to fifth Ave which, within walking distance. There you will find lots of shopping, restaurants, & bars. Will definitely be back!"

"This resort was beautiful. Loved all the pools and that they were never crowded like at other resorts. It is clean and staff is friendly. I just wish there was a better way to make reservations for the restaurants because they would fill up quick and since you have to reserve in advance sometimes it was hard to get a reservation. Also their room service food was pretty bad and flavorless which sucks because you have to pay an extra fee to get room service included. The buffets are average like...

"The staff at the Catalonia are so kind & giving. There are a lot of changes over the last yr with the separation of the Yukatan & Riviera. Some good, some not so great. The owners need to give the staff better conditions to work with so the they can better help the customers. Mostly the bookings of the restaurants. I witnessed more people verbally abusing the staff at the service desk because of the constant issues with the app/ internet. They do not deserve that. "

"Liked... Nice place for a visit, it was off season so it was not crowded. Clean and safe.... swimming pools and other areas. Didnt like.... many hotels in this area dont have good beaches, murky watter and stones.... this one was not an exception.... they try to fix it but you cant fight nature. my kids had to stay in swimming pools only."
