"My friend Cynthia and myself, Linda absolutely loved this Casa. Shelley, the property owner answered all my questions almost immediately when I would text her. She had the Casa equiped with everything we needed to spend time on the beach, which was our prime objective for this great vacation. She has done a fantastic job with the art on her walls and everywhere. I loved her decor. And her property manager was extremely helpful right up to getting her car and giving us a little tour of the nearby town so we could get fresh tortillas, fruit and eggs for our first breakfast to have time to orient. I would definitely come back here next time I am in the area. Loved this little home away from home. "

"Check in was good. My room had two leaks and it was raining most days; one of the leaks dripped onto one of the beds. Ants were present; no left overs or snacks could be in the room due to this. Pool was open but not enough lights around it. Menu available was very limited. WiFi was very good throughout the place. No AC in rooms and the fan we had was too noisy to have it on at night. No beach access or beach nearby!! Hotel has no info or contacts for local taxis or airport shuttles. No mini fridge, we were not told we could have items in the hotel’s main fridge either. Mosquitoes were in the room every night, no bed nets available, seems staff leave doors open while doing room cleaning and plenty of mosquitoes get in. "

"Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. "

"Our family of four (kids age 15 & 12) shared a cabana with two double beds. We had plenty of room and absolutely loved the hotel. We stayed in cabana 12, one of several located right in front of the pool. Breakfast is continental (toast with butter and jam, fruit and yogurt bowl with sprinkle of granola). The staff helped with anything we needed (where to buy ice, closest bakery, etc). The location is amazing too—right in the heart of a small community bustling with life. The cabanas are set off the road and make you feel like you’re in a jungle oasis. We highly recommend!!"

"Excelente el trato de todo el staff, el servicio de primera. El lugar está hermoso, las instalaciones limpias, el desayuno riquísimo, te tratan con mucha amabilidad. Lo único es que no en todos los cuartos hay minisplit, y creo que conviene que a todos los cuartos les pongan minisplit y estaría perfecta la estancia. El WiFi no sirvió en ningún momento, también eso deberían resolver aunque es un poco entendible porque está en medio de a selva. Todo lo demás es fantástico "
