"The staff is top notch. Daniel & Saul in entertainment was beyond amazing. Manolo kept service going great at the pools & bars. Daniel, Isella, Jose were so great at the swim up bar. Leo & well all the dining staff throughout resort were fabulous. Security was very helpful with getting taxi’s & advice on local options. The fun activities made the week fun for our teenagers & us moms happy they were happy. Great shows & well organized events. The whole week was amazing & this resort made our first trip to Mexico a sure to return "

"Excellent property the only issue was the beach which is small , very close to playa del Carmen pier and full of algae,also we couldn’t enjoy at one of the top restaurants since was booked and we couldn’t go with kids . Other than that everything was amazing , personnel very helpful, the coffee in the small cafe at the entrance was amazing as well as the crepes, in the main dinning we were well care by the restaurant manager , he prepared a taco night and parrillada night for my group , hotel is less than a block away from 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen shopping street. In summary , strongly recommend "
