"Hilton Cancun absolutely knocked it out the park! This resort was so relaxing with many options of things to do and places to eat! We especially appreciated the chicken taco cart and burger carts near each pool! While we had a minor hiccup with our shuttle (unrelated to the hotel itself), concierge did an excellent job of taking care of our concerns regarding the shuttle and worked to get us situated for the way home! We wanted to give a special shout-out to Axel (evening chef), Guadalupe (la Luce server), Olivia (chill pool server) and a few others who we were unable to recall names but the point is that we had outstanding service and appreciated everything about our stay! We will be return. "

I'd like to start by saying I've vacationers at very nice all inclusive resorts in Cancun and Puerto Vallarta previously, but they don't even come close to the experience I had with Ocean Coral and Turquesa. I work for the Better Business Bureau, and spent 8 days as a single mom here with my 12 year old daughter. I have never felt so safe, genuinely loved, protected, and absolutely spoiled before in my life! Right from the start- Daniel at the front desk checked us in and my daughter instantly had a new bestie (he even upgraded us to an ocean view room free of charge)! The room itself was clean, huge, and the balcony was huge as well. It was always cleaned and restocked promptly. The Food OH MY GOODNESS! Everything was so fresh and the flavors (my daughter didn't even know grapes and watermelon had seeds until this trip). However, the staff is really what elevated this experience the most! Carol and Samantha always greeted us with genuine warm smiles and asking what our plans were for the day as they walked us to our table and pulled out our chairs - being a single mom - this is the first time my daughter really got to experience what "being treated like a lady" feels like. And I cannot send enough thanks or hugs to Luis and Deisy! They were always encouraging my daughter to test her Spanish skills with them and teaching her new words - they even brought her special mexican bows for "international child day". "

"This property is one I would come back to. The entertainment staff were amazing and made us feel like family! Luna, Betto, Johnny and Ramsey were such a pleasure every day and were some of the kindest people I have ever met. They truly made our vacation and are a main reason why we would come back! The shows at night were also a highlight and the staff often got involved in them and even had audience come on stage. Food was amazing but dinner options are not ment for large groups, we had a group of 8 and although “no reservations” were needed we needed to wait up to 2 hours to be sat at the table and were often split into 2 groups of 4. The actual dinner took very long to serve and we often had to ask for the courses to be hurried along when our waiters would go missing. Front lobby staff and bartenders were not very outgoing or helpful and we often felt we were bothering them. It really depended on the server… either perfection or 30 min looking for someone to bring you a water. Pools were clean and we spent time by the “fun pool” where activities took place, there are quiet areas that were more relaxing but my group went for the more “party” time in addition to some relaxation. This resort is a good medium for party and relaxing and allows you to have both options. Overall I would recommend this resort but if you are someone who is apart of a large group and you don’t have patience, this resort is not for you unless you are planning to eat the buffet every day. "

"There is a lot of great wildlife on the property as it is right beside Xcaret. Having two private entrances to Xcaret is great as it takes many days to fully appreciate everything in Xcaret. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Lunch and breakfast food selection options were great. Dinner selections were very varied. For the most part the property is kept very clean but could do better job picking up cans and glasses around the pool areas at the end of each day as you found the odd ones still around the next morning. The bartenders are not very good making the fancy cocktails as they should be made but they do not skimp on alcohol. Service in the al la carte restaurants was not consistent but upon request they were responsive. This was our 3rd time at this hotel and overall we would return again."
