"Excellence is a solid 4*. The all inclusive, adults only atmosphere is nice, grounds are beautifully decorated, food was very good, for the most part drink and food service was fast. We arrived at the property in the morning and were able to enjoy the property including breakfast and lunch before our check-in time. "Everything was great! Except for the lobby area. The AC doesn’t work and it’s hot. The buffet was downstairs and it was very uncomfortable because of the AC not working.
