"Nice hotel in downtown Cancun, within walking distance to local attractions and restaurants. However staff did not offer VIP services and did not remind us of this either, despite the booking cones with VIP access."

"Enjoyed 4 nights/5 days this past week. Only had one rainy day but still had fun bar hopping and trying restaurants. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Cesar did a great job with check-in and answering questions (and extra towels). Kitchen had all we needed to make light meals. There is a keurig there (not shown in pictures). Lots of stairs, but it didn't hurt to walk off the food and drinks! Close to Kin Ha and of course The Joint. We love Punta Sur and the south side of the island....

"We had a great time staying at this property… the host was friendly and available to answer any questions we had. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our ten day stay, from laundry/dryer to cooking supplies. It was also clean and had great air conditioning. I highly recommend staying here for the perfect getaway trip to the beautiful Isla Mujeres THANK YOU"

"This was a celebration of 25 years of marriage and we it was magical. We did love where we stayed in the central part of the island and to be connected with the citizens of the island as opposed to other tourists. The balcony and the sound of the ocean and breezes into our place were simply breathtaking. The staff we worked with before arriving and during vacation were exemplary. The only think we would suggest since it is considered a luxury stay would be softer sheets/towels and better...

"Just got back from my second stay. What can I say . The place is clean, A/C works , bed is comfy, staff is attentive. Then there is the beach. Oh and the lil hidden gem of a burger joint just down the street. WOW!! Looking at flights for a return trip already in February. "

"Overall the property is good. Typical All-inclusive buffet. The drinks are ok. The beach area doesn’t have good connection pass for long walk due to rocks on one side. "

"The hours of alcohol services we limited unlike other resorts in the area. The additional fee for room service was not great. Especially when the hours of some of the restaurants were odd. The pools seems to be closed for many different reasons. We tried to eat at a restaurant other than the buffett and the staff was less than helpful. I dont see myself satying here again."
