"The property and staff were great. Very clean and easy to get around. The beach is one of the best we have experienced in Cancun. The downfall was access to loungers. During our 5 day stay, we never got a chair poolside and the latest we went down to the pool was 9:30 am. It was very disappointing. We did get chairs on the sand on the beach, but there were a few very windy days that made it uncomfortable to sit on the beach."

"This is a nice decent hotel in the middle of downtown. Very safe and walkable to the plaza las americas. The 7 eleven and many restaurants are right beside the hotel. The staff is helpful and very polite. The hotel has all amenities you may need, including gym and pool and laundry. The only disappointing thing was their restaurant. "

"Enjoyed 4 nights/5 days this past week. Only had one rainy day but still had fun bar hopping and trying restaurants. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Cesar did a great job with check-in and answering questions (and extra towels). Kitchen had all we needed to make light meals. There is a keurig there (not shown in pictures). Lots of stairs, but it didn't hurt to walk off the food and drinks! Close to Kin Ha and of course The Joint. We love Punta Sur and the south side of the island....

"The place was super spacious and looked just like the description. It was super clean well appointed with comfortable bedding and furniture. The location is well away from the hustle of the North Beach downtown area. Which can be a good thing or bad depending on what you are looking for. Its geographical location in the center of the island is a plus in that you never have to go very far to get anywhere, although traveling by foot power would be very difficult as most everything is a mile and a...

"This was a celebration of 25 years of marriage and we it was magical. We did love where we stayed in the central part of the island and to be connected with the citizens of the island as opposed to other tourists. The balcony and the sound of the ocean and breezes into our place were simply breathtaking. The staff we worked with before arriving and during vacation were exemplary. The only think we would suggest since it is considered a luxury stay would be softer sheets/towels and better...
