"The staff were exceptional! Even though the space downstairs was filled with adults in the communal bar / restaurant / lounge space, my 11 year old son was made to feel welcome too. The lady at reception even remembered what we were doing in London and asked my son about it the next morning. He felt very comfortable there which was important to me. The room was compact, clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. No noise problems which is brilliant! THANK YOU! We will be back! x"

"Overall good and enjoyable stay. Convenient location. VIP benefits never mentioned, as with previous stays. Don’t really think they take this part of their arrangement with Expedia seriously. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but otherwise all fine. "
