Did not like that the canpy beds along with all cushions have stains on them. In the enclave area, no tables cleaned and pool had dirty water along with mold in pool.The night time entertainment is the sane people that are staffed with the hilton. Buffett so small for the size of the hotel. Very disappointing. A lot less expensive hotel have better amenities and way better entertainment.

Not enough Bartenders. Always waiting. Dont like that youvhabe tobreserve for dinner. If they are full then your out of luck. NO sportsbar. Everything is done at 11pm. No drinks. Ive been to other family resorts. But this is a first. The lights on as high as possible during tbe evening in the lobby. Horrible ambiance. Made it feel like morning and really killed the vibe at the lobby bar. Would never go back.

When we first arrived I was disappointed because the resort looked nothing like the pictures on line. Our first 3 days at the property I spent a lot of money upgrading rooms and packages. We even took a cabana for 2 days and everyone in my party used the spa. We ended up booking an excursion for a private party on a catamaran thru the hotel. On the way back the catamaran broke down and we were stuck in the middle of the ocean for 3 and half hours. After about 75 minutes a boat came by and tugged us half way back, then a second boat pulled us the rest of the way. When we arrived back at the dock we had issues getting transportation back to the hotel and ended up spending more money getting a taxi back to the hotel for my party of 10.When we got to the hotel it was after 830pm and I went to concierge to explain what had happened and ask for assistance with dinner reservations since I missed what I had booked. I was advised it was my responsibility to go to each of the 4 restaurants myself and figure it out. After none of the restaurants could accommodate me I went back to concierge and explained that I was at my wits end and about to cry she just gave me a blank look and I walked away. When addressed with the supervisor the next day all I got was I am sorry. I ended up having to pay for dinner that night and was very surprised the hotel did not offer to reimburse at least a part of the expenses for that nights meal since they saw how money I was spending on additional items.

Dining is restrictive. There’s only 3 restaurants Buffet. And all the restaurant only open on night time so in the morning there’s only buffet for breakfast lunch. Resort is relatively small and can be tough to line up for food. Staff are neutral at best, we see a lot of them on phones during shift. Average cleaness in the public washroom as well. We visited on January which isn’t peak season and the service is still subpar at best.

This was such a great resort! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! The food was very good and lots of different options! The service was excellent from restaurant to room service and checking in fast and easy! We had a great time at all the entertainment options and the staff doing the pool side games and exercise times were so much fun! We stayed a week and used the enclave service which was worth the extra money! I will stay there again

Staying at an all-inclusive Hilton in Cancun was the worst experience. Except for the buffet, all the restaurants required reservations, and you could only book one restaurant for dinner per day. Even though it was an all-inclusive, I was constantly hungry. For someone like me who doesn’t drink alcohol, this was a nightmare. If you’re okay with filling up on alcohol, it might be fine, but otherwise, it’s terrible. The food at the restaurants was worse than street food, and everything was excessively salty. They added so much salt that it made my mouth feel bitter—I even wondered if they did it on purpose to stop people from eating more. I booked the best room available, expecting a great experience during my 4-night stay, but I deeply regret it. If you’re considering staying at Hilton, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Hilton is a waste of time and money. This was such a disappointing experience, and I will never return. Writing this review is the only way to express how frustrated I feel.
