"It was a really good hotels in terms of the staff and the restaurant were really good. However the room we stay in had a few problems. The shower was not working the day we arrive. The toilet was leaking. And there were days that the cleaning team did not replenish the towels they took away. "

"This resort had everything we were looking for. The beach was clean and beautiful. The food was above board, even the buffet was exceptional. Pool was well maintained with a lot of seating. One draw back was that if you didn’t get to the pool first thing in the morning the prime poolside spots were gone. That was understandable but many seats were “marked” yet nobody used them for 1/2 the day. There should be a 2 hour window that if the seat remains vacant it’s offered to other guests. "
