"Checking it at the property was hassle free, friendly staff. I would recommend getting an uber from the airport, was less expensive and you don’t have to haggle with the people at the airport. At the property We had a great time, the activities at the pool were fun, the pool side food was perfect for lunch. Breakfast and dinner at the main Buffett was very good, we liked that better than the reservation restaurants. The rooms were clean, fridges stocked each day, room service 24hrs was good...

"Overall great vacation and resort. The rooms are a good size and the resort is easy to navigate and doesn't take more than 5 minutes to access any part of the resort. All restaurants/bars are pretty central. Beach was beautiful, sandy bottom for about 50 feet from shore and able to walk along the beach for long distances. "The resort was very nice and the rooms are huge. Having a kitchen was nice. The restaurants had good food although they are expensive. They do have a little sports bar to watch the game or you could watch TV in your room. It is across the street from a dive shop and you can simply walk over and they can take you for a dive at Isla Mujeres. Everyone was super nice and professional. We didn't do an all inclusive. Just the hotel for a couple of nights. Worth the money. "

"The hours of alcohol services we limited unlike other resorts in the area. The additional fee for room service was not great. Especially when the hours of some of the restaurants were odd. The pools seems to be closed for many different reasons. We tried to eat at a restaurant other than the buffett and the staff was less than helpful. I dont see myself satying here again."
