"This was our first Cancun resort experience and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful, the resort had fun activities you can participate in. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who isn’t sure where to book if it’s your first time. They can arrange transportation to and from the airport. "

"great location! Most staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t like the needing to make reservations for dinner. One restaurant didn’t seat us because we were 9 minutes late! The other restaurant once we did make it to our reservation, was rushing us to order and to get us out. Not sure if the kitchen was closing but the waiter got a little annoyed that we ordered a second entree. "
