There is always something to do. Staff really take care of you like the servers, bartenders and regular workers. I didn’t like when I had a complaint the manger disregarded my concerns.

I loved my stay, everything was great! David at the Italian restaurant was amazing, he went out his way for us. My butler Samara was simply AMAZING she was so accommodating and kind. No request went unmet. Get the diamond club it’s worth the extra $$

I can't say enough good things about the Royalton Chic! Beautiful gorgeous property! Customer service was A1, top tier, everyone was super friendly, helpful, welcoming, happy! The room was cleaned daily but some touchups do need to be done to the room - all minor things like chipped paint. It was my birthday and they suprised me with a champagne, balloons and a huge birthday cake, enough for 8 people. The gentlemen in one of the restaurants also sang happy birthday as well. Breakfast, dinner, lunch options were also, coffee, tea, onsite. All of the activities were well though out, there was something to do every day and night. Just awesome! My husband and I will definitely be back!

Overall the food is not good. On The restaurants where you have to make a reservation, the food is average (with no flavor) not special at all. The dessert was dry. If you want to have and experience in a good restaurant. The Royalton restaurants are not a recommended place.

My overall experience at this hotel was not satisfying. This hotel does not even provide a hot water Jacuzzi their food is very poor quality their 24 hour menu is limited to and sandwiches. Don't expect a lot from this hotel the hotel voucher credit that they give you is limited to $25 Per service off . It's not actual money that they give you. Their elevators are super slow take about 15 minutes to go to your room or to come down to the lobby. I recommend to everyone to book elsewhere.
