"We enjoyed our stay at El Rey Del Caribe! We were in Cancun for only a short time, but the hotel was exactly what we needed. They offered breakfast 7:30-10:00 am, but we only had coffee. The room was nice and big, had air conditioning, a large shower with lots of water pressure and the water got nice and hot! It was nice to see they had a pool, but we didnt go in it. "It was a lovely place to stay for one night stopover in Cancun. It had plenty of eateries very close and within easy access to buses and taxis. The check-in was slow and it was not clear where to go. We waited outside the gate and had tried to call the hotel but there was no answer. In the end we enquired at the cafe and was told to wait there until a staff can come check us in. The room was nice and simple and clean and served our needs."
